Welcome to the Pon Farr Playground, where your pleasure is our top priority! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we're here to explain our return policy:

First things first, for your health and safety, all sales are final. Orders once placed & paid cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged. 

Now, we know you might be thinking, "But what if the product is still sealed in its packaging?" Well, we hear you, but even unopened products cannot be returned or exchanged. We take health and safety seriously, and we simply can't take any chances!

But don't worry, we've got your back in case of any mishaps! If you receive a defective item or one damaged in transit, just let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll happily replace the item with the same one, as long as it's in stock. And if it's out of stock, no worries - we'll issue a store credit for the price you paid. So, rest easy knowing that we've got you covered in case of any unexpected bumps in the road.
