How are your prices so low?!

Some companies just have too much brand new STUFF sitting around their warehouses taking up space, so we're able to buy it in bulk for less than wholesale. We pass those savings on to you! Think of us as the Ollies of Adult Toys!Ā šŸ˜‚

SomeĀ distributors & manufacturers have an excess of stock. For example, if a manufacturer makes too much of an item, we will buy the overstock! Or ifĀ a distributor decides to update the color scheme of their product packaging, we will purchase their remaining stock of thatĀ previous design!

We get such a great deal on some items, we can't even post the brand names! Because of that, you may notice that some items you receive are brandedĀ just a bit differently than they're presented here. Rest assured - you are getting the high-quality items you ordered, we may have just given it a slightly cooler nickname for our website!


How old do I need to be to shop here?

Due to the sensitive nature of our shop, you must be 18+ in the USA - or of adult age in your international location - to shop with us!


What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, Shop Pay & MetaPay!


I made a purchase and now I've changed my mind! What can I do?
We totally get it, life happens and sometimes things change, Unfortunately, we can't modify an order once it's been submitted.Ā 

Now, if the product you received is somehow faulty, or damaged in transit, that's a different story. We want to make things right and ensure you have the best experience possible. Just reach out to our friendly customer service team within 7 DAYS and we'll work together to get you a replacement. If your item is out of stock, we'll issue a store credit for the price paid.

However, if the product is still in tip-top shape and you just changed your mind or accidentally ordered the wrong thing, we won't be able to accept it as a return. We hope you understand!

My new toy doesnā€™t work. What should I do?
Oh no! First things first, shoot us a message and we'll see if we can help you troubleshoot!

Secondly, if your toy is completely DOA, you have 7 days from receipt to let us know. We will replace it if we can, or let you pick a different item of the same value.

Unfortunately, we cannot replace items that you've had for more than 7 calendar days.

Is your shipping discreet?
Absolutely! We respect your privacy! Everything we ship will arrive in either a plain brown box or a plain shipping envelope or bag.Ā

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping is FREE in the USA if you spend more than $40! Shipping to any domestic location is $8 and change if you spend less than $40.

International shipping prices vary and will be calculated at checkout.

What do I do if I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout?

Please double check that you've entered the correct shipping address! Once the order has been submitted the shipping address cannot be changed.


How long will my order take to get to me?

We generally ship items within 5 business days, and it usually takes 7-14Ā business days to reach you within the USA.
